An Item Is Missing
Sometimes because of varying item availability and warehouse locations, you may receive more than one shipment when you place an order with multiple items. We will not charge you extra for split shipments. The invoice you receive with your order will tell you which items have been shipped separately. The total delivery time for your order is the period of time from when you place your order until the time you receive it. It is comprised of two parts: the processing time and the shipping time.
Processing time for an item is the time from when you submit your order to when the item leaves the warehouse.
Shipping time is from when the item leaves the warehouse to when it arrives at your door.
When to Expect Your Order to Arrive
During checkout, depends on the type of shipping your choose, you will see the extimated shipping time.

RETURN POLICY
All merchandise purchased from buyjamaicaonline.com may be returned 30 days of receiving it. All return items must be accompanied by the original invoice.
